: Provides transactional and administrative support of HR\'s day-to-day operational workflow. Supports various HR services, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, payroll, training and HRIS, to ensure systems are updated and processes followed. Ensures employment information is entered, updated and maintained within the HR data management systems. Ensures questions are addressed accurately and in a timely manner, escalating and properly routing complex/sensitive issues to the appropriate individual or department.Responsibilities: * Gains familiarity with Shared Services HR Specialist functions and processes.
