The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses. This role in summary

This role will work closely with various HR employees across multiple regions and teams to provide exceptional operational HR Services. The role requires to perform, support, and complete operational work in relation to HR processes such as - new hire, life event, work event, administrative event reporting, HR policies & processes, benefits management, payroll management, statutory compliance management (including audits and inspections), and vendor management

Your responsibilities will include
--------------------------------------


• Employee Lifecycle Management through centralized HR Processes in the SSC.
• Ensure process compliance and effective Service Delivery for all the centralized HR processes in the Shared Services - Hiring to Exit within agreed SLAs
• Support local HR teams through advice and counsel, advocacy for successful and compliant HR operations, escalation of issues and risks, prioritization of projects and initiatives, participation in compliance reviews, and identification of opportunities for transformation.
• Assess gaps with local country processes, technology, and controls versus global standards and recommend / help drive actions for continuous improvement and mitigation of risk.
• Partner with business functions to ensure local systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefits, HR, cross-border assignments, and other functions.
• Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics, and training based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
• Lead and direct special projects (organizational changes, redeployment of personnel, vendor transitions).
• Manage the goals, objectives, overall performance and budget of their assigned projects and teams.
• Reduce/manage risks to tasks, activities, or projects.
• Offer functional expertise to key processes, products, and solutions.
• Support initiatives that require integration of quality and continuous improvement initiatives with other cross-center initiatives such as blueprint, service management, etc.
• Work with Whirlpool Leadership/Service Delivery Lead (SDLs)/Vendor relationship managers in identifying and development of optimization opportunities.
• Understand the systems, processes, and tools to derive the desired business results for Whirlpool.
Minimum requirements
------------------------


• 5+ years Global HRO operations experience with Hands On expertise in Global Shared Services Norms along with HR operations management (hire to retire cycle)
• Ensure process compliance and effective Service Delivery for all the centralized HR processes in the Shared Services - Hiring to Exit within agreed SLAs
• Employee Lifecycle Management thru centralized HR Processes in the SSC.
• Employee Data Management - 100% Data Availability and Accuracy.
• Experience in HRO transition projects and relationship management
• Able to articulate/position complex/critical challenges, issues, etc.
• Strong oral and written English communications skills
• Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Master's Degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred; Bachelor's Degree required

• Lead from front organizational initiatives in the areas of strengthening high performance culture, I&D, employee communications and branding, training and higher education
• Partner with regional and global HR organizations to share and leverage best policies and practices, report progress and metrics and enhance the center's representation in regional and global HR forums
