This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
QualificationRecruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards, social media, and company career pages to ensure maximum visibility.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines. Provide guidance on best practices and market trends.Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice.ExperienceBachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful hires.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
