We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can provide strategic support and oversee the human resources and operational functions within our design-based company The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, as well as a creative mindset to align HR initiatives with our companys design culture This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews). Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into our creative and collaborative culture. Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records. Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations and career development discussions. Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Stay updated on HR trends and compliance with employment laws. Streamline operational processes, add suggestions to the existing processes. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures for compliance and consistency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions. Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR as well as Operations role. Solid understanding of HR practices. Experience in recruiting for creative positions and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Creative mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with our company culture. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
