:The HR Data & Analytics is a centralized global team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, reporting and analytics for workforce data. Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes. These decisions and outcomes are impacted by regulation and law across the JPMC landscape.The Data Retention and Destruction Team maintains on-going regulatory commitments including managing adherence to the Firm records management processes, driving HR work streams within the Firmwide resolution plan and administration of procedures document updates. Our team partners with various teams globally to understand processes and opportunities for improvements related to the handling and storage of records, as well as, creating framework and project materials, including performance and status metrics.This role will be responsible for risk management related to data retention & destruction; the ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with technical skills in SharePoint, database reporting and /or Tableau. This role will support North America, hence the shift timing will be from 4 pm.Job responsibilities
