1.Participate in design CFT reviews for electrical & electronics parts
2. Responsible for electrical and electronics parts PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) approval.
3.Manufacturing process verification and approval at the supplier end.
4.Periodical audits and continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
5.Troubleshooting and problem solving (including customer complaints).
Requirements
1. Analytical skills 2. Presentation and Communication skills.
Manufacturing process knowledge in PCBs, Motors, Batteries, Chargers.
Ability to read drawings (Schematic, Gerber files, Electrical circuit), quality control & problem solving.
