As a member of our HR Technology team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, specifically focusing on compensation modules and processes.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Workday HCM Compensation Management module.\xc2\xb7 Configure, maintain, and enhance Compensation Management processes and workflows within Workday.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with HR business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular audits and analysis of compensation data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training related to Compensation Management functionality in Workday.\xc2\xb7 Lead or contribute to system integration projects related to compensation, working closely with IT and HR teams.\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices related to Compensation Management, proactively suggesting improvements and implementing changes as needed.\xc2\xb7 Generate reports and analytics to support compensation planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with a focus on Compensation Management.\xc2\xb7 Workday HCM certification(s) preferred.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in compensation and rewards.\xc2\xb7 Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Compensation Management module, including compensation packages, salary structures, bonus plans, and merit cycles.\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits:\xc2\xb7 Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\xc2\xb7 Opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technology and make a significant impact on organizational effectiveness.\xc2\xb7 Professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.Mandatory Skills: Wrokday
