We're seeking a future team member for the role of •Associate, Global Philanthropy II • to join our •Global Impact Citizenship (GIC) • team. This role is located in •Pune, MH - Hybrid. •

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Description:

The Global Impact Citizenship (GIC) Analyst is responsible for overseeing and governing the Corporate philanthropy initiatives at BNY India. Formulate requirements and recommendations for employee-volunteering activities and project funding and handles the process for managing the volunteering and project funding programs. The Analyst reports to India GIC Lead and works closely with internal stakeholders to achieve GIC goals.


• Provide expertise on environmental and social issues, choice of projects and employee-volunteering events, impact assessment of philanthropic initiatives.
• Manage and conduct social projects and employee-volunteering events.
• Conduct consultations with stakeholders in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines and be responsible for reporting.
• Report on status and impact of philanthropic projects and employee-volunteering activities.
• Documenting project objectives and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Fresher or Graduate with interest in community and/or environment sciences.
• Knowledge/certification in environmental sciences or relevant field is preferable.
• Graduates with two years of relevant experience is preferable.
