We\'re seeking an experienced process manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you\'ll have a sharp employee relocation acumen and proven success in managing service delivery. You\'ll be highly skilled in human resources and Global Mobility processes. Additionally, you\'ll display an ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

Your responsibilities as the global mobility process manager will include:

  • Being first point of contact for HR, Managers, Global Mobility advisors and Global Mobility team for queries or resolutions.
  • Support the GM Regional Operations leads in managing service delivery.
  • Liaising with management, vendors and HR functions on various assignment correspondences.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
  • Managing and maintaining all data, ensuring that data is secured and passed on to the clients.
  • Meeting SLA (service level management) standards and achieving superior customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in line with SOP\'s
  • Ensuring monthly checks activities are accurately completed in timely fashion.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency & implement in a controlled manner
  • Be audit focused on all BAU related activities.
  • Comply with the firm\'s policies & SOPs.
  • Thorough knowledge of function and related check points
  • Maintain constant communication with management team and Global Mobility Advisors to ensure proper operations of the function.
  • Track productivity and report process health to Ops leads on daily basis.
  • Review and approve payments and contribute to BAU processing.
Education Skills & Experience:
  • Graduate, preferably in Commerce
  • 7+ years of Global Mobility experience overall in an operations environment.
  • Working knowledge of employee relocation program and application is a must to be successful in this role.
  • Good at data processing and calculations
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Works well in teams
  • Good written & spoken communication skills in English
  • Has sensitivity and ability to maintain and manage confidential data in a secure manner, with alertness to notice and question exceptions
  • Has a client servicing focus
  • Has analytical ability, takes initiative, and innovates.
  • Note:- This role requires you to work during India time 3.30pm - 12.30am.
