Position Responsibilities: Solid understanding in Procurement process and Ariba solution (Upstream module and Downstream module, Guided Buying and API\'s) with basic understanding of SAP MM, Finance. Leading and facilitating requirement gathering session, document business requirements, perform FIT Gap Analysis, Maintain Ariba configuration work book, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and coordination of deployment activities. Demonstrate excelling business acumen, knows the latest industry trends and looked as an internal expert on the Procure 2 Pay product (Ariba, SAP) as well as the associated Enterprise Resource Planning integrations that drive the buy 2 pay processes. Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with BASIS, ABAP, PI team, testing of new functionality or Improvements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests of Ariba solution. Collaborate with multi-functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to improve current systems Single point of contact for business as a domain expert in P2P across all transactional systems Research and evaluate potential solutions in the Source to Pay (S2P) space in partnership with the business and application architecture team, performs Proof of concept (POC), and drive implementation of the proposed solution Supports and influences the analysis, design and support of software solutions that meet business partner needs primary area of focus will be on SAP solutions to ARIBA Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs build and update associated documentation Develop, review and maintain functional/application design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis andcorrection of issues Support Business efforts in developing a solutions roadmap to support the client\'s immediate and long-term source-to-pay objectives Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 4-8 years of overall SAP experience in procurement, manufacturing environments in which 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Candidate should have done minimum 1 Ariba implementation project Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications Must have Ariba configuration, improvement and customization experience Must have a good knowledge on procurement process, design and engineering skills including knowledge of Ariba P2P master data and transactional data interfaces, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract, CIG and effective usage of Ariba open APIs Functional knowledge of Integration of SAP Ariba Solutions with ERP is required. This includes Master Data Integration, Transfer of documents, Cross system reporting. A good understanding of configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S/4 MM and FI modules Industry experience in a procurement / supply chain / finance or system support role would be seen as a benefit. Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills. Typical Education & Experience: Typically, 4-8 years related work experience or relevant military experience with Technical Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology is preferred but not required.
