This enables better risk attribution, lower the inefficiencies in the current processes and unlock capital availability.Our modular infrastructure is designed in a way that parties with different levels of operational complexity can use it easily and implement end-to-end digitisation for their leg of a financial asset transaction.We are backed by Accel and Citi and have strategic GTM partnerships with global technology providers, institutional consulting firms and blockchains.We\'ve recently acquired Contour ( ) to further accelerate our growth.The Role:We are seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for a challenge to build a global fintech firm from the ground up. The role will give you a ringside view of daily operations and associated challenges which come with building a high-growth company spanning 5 countries (and growing). The individual will work with the Founder\'s Office team on business/company operations and product operations, working on strategic special projects and coordinating between multiple internal & external stakeholders.Career Path:We expect this individual to eventually grow in the organization to lead operations.Core requirements:2-3 years of relevant experience working in management/ accounting/ auditing/consulting domainExperience in Big 4 firms (EY/KPMG/Deloitte/PwC) is preferableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levelsStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, with knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI are a plusA proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering resultsWorking at xalts:Be part of something exciting.
