JOB DESCRIPTION
Job summary:
As a Financial Analysis Associate, you will be part of a team working closely with GRE Regional Teams, You will help conducting value-added analysis of financial results, ensuring sound control environment, and presenting information to senior management within GRE, major Line of Businesses, and regulators. This role requires highly organized and skilled individual with a strong foundation in accounting, software proficiency, and project management. It is a fast-paced role, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a hybrid role.
Job responsibilities:
• Support Capital Planning Tool development Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Act as Scrum Master for Capital Planning tool, Daily Stand-up meetings, JIRA item updates, User Acceptance Testing
• Create / maintain CPT (Capital Planning Tool) documentation.
• Prepare Monthly CPT Bulletins, CPT User Guide for the users
• Data Integrity tracking
• Process Improvement - Capital Project Tracking
• Automation of existing manual processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CFA, CPA, MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of professional experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, specifically related to fixed assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams & Visio
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal & Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Agile project management & Scrum framework.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience with PMWeb
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with SQL Developer
