Skills:

Qualifications: Bachelor's

degree in Accounting or Finance required.o 3+ years of accounting experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environmentoo Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessionso Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products, particularly with Excel.o A mix of Public and Private Experience is preferred.o CPA preferred.o Proficiency with Yardi Voyager preferred.o Experience in Real Estate, preferably rental property preferred.
