Position Title - Associate

Experience Level - 2-6 years of relevant experience.

Department - Consulting and Corporates

Location - Gurgaon

Position reports to - Assistant Director

Job Purpose

This opportunity is to work with the consulting & corporate firms supporting them with financial & business research.

Key Responsibilities

• Benchmarking, Financial Analysis, Ratio Analysis
• Good understanding of financial statements
• Basic modeling knowledge- understanding and working on them
• Knowledge of Banking/Insurance sector is a plus
• Extract, evaluate & organize information from multiple sources and present it in an easily understandable manner
• Understanding project request, discuss project, handling client queries without much supervision
• Preparing presentations, data analysis, excel modeling/analysis, problem solving, and sourcing and researching data and information from the internet or other 3rd party sources
• Sharp focus on quality/ sanity checking work along with skills to effectively structure communication of data, knowledge and insights

Key Competencies

• 2-6-year experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/private-equity/research sectors
• MBA/ master's from reputed institutions, CA
• Proficiency and experience preferred at an advanced level in excel
• Experience with financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with analytical, communication and teamwork skills
• Strong business fundamentals and knowledge of business analysis skills. Proven project management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
