We are inviting applications for the role of Associate, Field Modification Closure In this role, you will be responsible as a Field Modification Closure Analyst. Candidate will work with the Program Team on getting the Program closed by the timeline. She/he should act like a Project Manager who proactively will work with the region&rsquos (Covers entire globe) to the get the information related to the field modification per the guidelines. Responsibilities . The candidate will work on the Field Modification Projects for respected modality. . The candidate requires working with the Region team to get the required information as per the Regulatory guidelines. . The candidate will have to go on a regular call with Program Team (Customers), Regulatory Team, Quality Team and Service Team and showcase the closure points of the projects and get the approval on the same. . The candidate&rsquos ownership and execution level should be high to meet the timeline of the project. . The candidate will be sending out weekly status report to the Service and Program team Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications/Skills . Bachelor\'s Degree in Bsc with a strong academic record . Good experience in relevant field Preferred Qualifications/Skills . Previous experience in a healthcare industry . Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills . Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent . Must be able to work on a flexible schedule . Strong attention to detail. . Excellent proficiency MS Excel/word/ power point. . Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to communicate with and influence multiple stakeholders. . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . The person should be analytically strong.
