:Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Domain Support Specialist who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities, including diagnosis, rapid domain support, routine resource fulfillment, on-site technical support, in addition to organizing, managing, and conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Moreover, successful execution and implementation of change request will equally be part of this role. • Re-integration of RAN and Core Nodes
• BSC Migration (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei & ZTE)
• 4G & 5G nodes migration (Ericsson, Nokia & Huawei)
• Counter & CTR activation (Ericsson, Huawei & ZTE)
• Security Patch Installation (All OEMs)
• License loading to enhance server capacity. (Ericsson, Nokia)
• Route addition/deletion in Switch (Nokia)
• Transport Node Integration/Migration (Ericsson)

• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks and protocols.
• Good Knowledge & Skills on any specific OSS (preferably ENM/NetAct).
• Hands-on experience of Integration & Migration of RAN/CORE nodes.
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Linux, TCP IP & Networking.
• Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes.
• Should be customer oriented.
• Should work well under time constraints.
• Should have good oral & written communication skills.
• Should actively contribute to improvements and changes.

• Education: Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of Linux, GSM, LTE, 5G, TCP IP & Networking.
• Certification in CCNA/ Red hat/Oracle will be an additional advantage.
