The Domain Support Specialist - L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization.

What you will do
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational performance
  • Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network
  • To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA
  • NW faults rectification.
  • Backup and Health checkup with agreed frequency.
  • Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible
You will bring
  • First level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts.
  • To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when vital.
  • Implement the Change Request in stipulated time period.
  • To Create WO to FM team when vital.
  • Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
  • Perform FIRST level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
  • Support Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes if required.
  • Degree/ Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network
  • Technical and/or functional skills: GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson GSM / AXE, NOKIA, ZTE & Huawei Systems or products.
