:Job Title- Full Stack Engineer (React, Microservices, Java) \xe2\x80\x93 AssociateLocation- Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionThe Corporate Bank Technology team have an established Digital Service Manager programme (DSM) to implement a new transformational platform which will provide digital customer service experience where customers can interact with ease and simplicity. Delivery of DSM functionality will transform customer experience by providing omni-channel capability, quality of information, real-time interactions with the bank, self-servicing, deliver optimised business processes, API\xe2\x80\x99s linking to back-end systems, robotics and machine learning to facilitate improvements in processes. The programme will transform the way clients and internal users interact with each other by delivering automation, reducing client onboarding and service turnaround times, all with the aim of protecting and growing the business.The DSM programme team are looking to hire engineers to join the Pune development team. The Engineer proposes the design and architecture of the application, its components, investigates and proposes appropriate technologies to be used, creates re-usable frameworks, and drives standardisation where possible. The team lead manages delivery of other members of the team and assigns their work where applicable. Your key responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end product life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation (Agile SDLC).
• Design and develop solutions (configuration and development) in accordance with requirements and feature definitions, and in line with the overall architecture direction of the DSM programme.
• Lead engineering activities to make sure that consistent high-quality products are developed.
• Design the application using frameworks and components to meet the requirements and clearly document the design.
• Supports in developing solution architectures for a business domain / area or project which align with the overall bank-wide data architecture.
• Ensures that design of solutions conform to the defined principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc.
• Evaluate new products for inclusion, this will include prototyping.
• Development of source code in line with detailed requirements.
• Verify the developed source code via reviews and partnering.
• Integrate software components including unit and integrated software testing according to the test plan.
• Ensure that all code changes end up in specified configuration and deployment tools.
• Provide release deployments on non-production management-controlled environments.
• Write and maintain release and deployment instructions, technical change management and fix defect/ bugs & L3 support.
• Undertaking peer reviews of, and creating solution architectures and designs, taking into consideration specific business and technical constraints, requirements, and dependencies.
• Preparing high level design documentation and detailed-level design documentation produced by project teams for review and validation.
• Measuring the quality of the solution from an architectural perspective and ensuring the conformance of delivered solutions to predefined quality metrics.
• Analyses level of conformance of solutions to defined solution architecture and Enterprise Architecture principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc.
• Mentoring colleagues on adapting technologies, supporting in tricky situations, and encouraging to learn.

Your skills and experience

• Must be an expert engineer with a passion for good architecture and design.
• Must be hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing a wide array of products.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively with concise written artefacts.
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software, well versed with software engineering practices (e.g., continuous integration, build/deploy automation).
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and create a positive working atmosphere.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and best practices, and promote collaboration, in virtual/ matrix teams.
• Must have experience driving a team towards end-to-end product development.

Technical Skills:Candidate should have experience in several of the following:

• Expert in Design/Develop self-contained RESTful Microservices, Springboot, Java programming and Java-based web application development.
• MS/APIs - Knowledge of APIGee, Kakfa, Java, Aurora, Cassandra, Springboot, swagger, microservices, Sleuth, log4J.
• Expert hand-on experience in developing User Interfaces with modern frameworks and tooling with a focus on Typescript/React (with React hooks) and tooling including HTML/CSS/JS/ /NodeJS/state management/web security & performance.
• UI development expertise, NPM, ReactJs, Redux, Jest, AngularJS, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery and CSS
• Enterprise Integration Solutions (Apache Camel, Tibco ESB, IBM MQ, Mulesoft or Informatica)
• Experience in Oracle and strong knowledge of SQL and relational database.
• DevOps - GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins / Teamcity, Terraforms, chef, Splunk, Puppet, uDeploy, Nagios, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle, Service Mesh, ELK, Docker, Kubernetes, Nodejs
• Experience in Unit testing \xe2\x80\x93 Cucumber, Gherkins

Experience with the following would be highly desirable:

• Analytics experience with tools such as Tableau, QlikView.
• Knowledge of standard databases like Oracle, MS-SQL and appreciation of Big Data/ NO SQL approaches.
• Knowledge of web containers, like Apache, and J2EE servers: JBoss, Oracle Weblogic, IBM Websphere etc.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and hosting / cloud patterns such as Kubernetes and Docker.
