The position requires a highly energetic, result-driven, self-motivated, and proactive individual with sound knowledge of Mechanical Design and development. The candidate should also possess strong Leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship management skills. Other core competency requirements are Customer focus, Strategic thinking, Functional Excellence, Integrity & Ethics, and Professional Maturity.Overall candidate should have around 2 to 4 years of experience in Mechanical design engineer. Good Knowledge of Product Design and Development of electromechanical products (Sheet metal Design, casting design). Need to collaborate & work with US product engineering team. Design the product as per UL, IEEE and NEMA standardsA Day In The Life

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor software modeling, Assembly configurations, and drafting.
• Need to create Drawings based on ASME Y14.5M - 2014 standards.
• Need to work on sales order, Engineering change management activity.
• Able to create manufacturing, sales, catalog, and Assembly packaging drawings.

• Knowledge of ferrous and nonferrous materials.
• knowledge in GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• knowledge of DFMA guidelines while designing the product.
• knowledge of design tools FMEA, VA/VE & DFMA methodologies
• Knowledge on UL and IEEE standards
• Should have good communication skills oral & written. Interact with US engineers to understand the requirements of the project
• Should act as technical interface to US team and is responsible to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedules
• Maintain high-Quality standards, project documentation & deliver projects within a critical timeline.
