:Associate Engineer AIRFRAME Description: The Physical Design & Integration (PDI) team is responsible for Airframe Electrical System Installation (ESI) & Mechanical System Installation (MSI) Architecture, Integration and Cabin Design activities. Within the PDI framework, Architecture & Integration involves the concept studies and architecture integration for System Installation areas. Qualification & Experience: We seek out innovative minds. Technical Skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on aircraft industrialization principles \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on Aircraft build process \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge on Systems Installation and various systems. e.g. Electrical, landing gear etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in production management & understanding of manufacturing processes \xe2\x97\x8f Data analytics skills will be an added advantage \xe2\x97\x8f Basic of scripting in VB, Python will be an added value \xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to modeling tools is preferred \xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to Catia V5 tools and DMU knowledge will be an added advantage. Soft skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Very good communication and presentation skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and customer-centric outreach. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, requirements and ramp-up of skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate agility and autonomy in a transnational environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate ability to work as a team in a highly collaborative environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse specialists & experts. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to lead in an environment of constant change involving multiple internal processes. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder will be responsible for performing the concept studies and trade-off studies. \xe2\x97\x8f Application of the new technologies while building new aircraft definitions. \xe2\x97\x8f Propose and implement the improvements in terms of System Installation with impact on weight, lead-time and cost of the aircraft. \xe2\x97\x8f Network & liaise with a broad range of Airframe, Systems and Cabin sub-domains including Industrialization, Standardization, Research & Environment Integration. \xe2\x97\x8f Propose and implement digitization ideas through new ways of working. \xe2\x97\x8f Reporting of all activities as per Airbus procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify improvement opportunities, analyze the current situation and potential benefits, apply lean principles by selection of appropriate approaches, methods and tools, and lead or contribute (at expected level according to responsibilities, role or perimeter) to deliver business improvements. \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to travel internationally and work in a multi-cultural environment on a need basisThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Group India Private LimitedEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: Entry LevelJob Family: Elec.Electron.&Electromag,Optics&Optron.
