The Associate - Employee Services role with London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing team in fast-paced global organization. We drive performance by rewarding excellence, foster engagement and provide best in class experience to our colleagues.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for people leaders and colleagues on HR policies, processes, and procedures via Service Now (case management tool), triage/call out cases to relevant subject matter expert groups as needed and ensure all queries are responded to accurately and within defined SLAsAssist people leaders and colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle including on-boarding, leave of absence, off-boarding, etc.Partner with people leaders, colleagues and the People Function Community on navigation and use of LSEGs HRIS and importance of self-service.Perform End-to-end transactional HR processes including generating employment contracts, initiating background checks, onboarding new hires, processing lifecycle changes, and off-boarding within agreed SLAs.Participate in projects related to employee lifecycle process changes by completing user acceptance testing and providing areas of improvement.Providing assistance and support to colleagues regarding HR related inquiries within agreed SLA.Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting compliance with data protection legislation.Upholding confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive colleague information and situations.Perform regular compliance related procedures, audits, and annual compliance testing. Work with internal team members to update relevant internal systems.Interpret data to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to HR services, tools, and programs.Qualification and Experience:- Bachelors or Masters or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management.- 4 to 6 years of prior HR experience, particularly in areas relating to HR Systems and HR Operations.- Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools is essential.- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures, with experience of providing advice on intricate transactional HR issues to employees and line managers- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to defined processes and procedures- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.- Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills.- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information- Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and Outlook and working to experienced knowledge of Excel- Detail oriented individual with excellent follow through and communication skills- Ability to work under stress and to tight turn around timelines.- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to new and changing priorities- Innovative, client delivery focused problem solver who is solutions oriented- Is resourceful and able to optimally navigate through a highly matrixed, global organization- Self-motivated and willing to learn.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
