Position : Support Associate.Location: Bangalore - RemoteAbout The Role:Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for email support & webchat process in a timely & accurate way.
• To resolve candidate queries within the assigned TAT.
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
• Coordinate with the team for updates.

Qualification Criteria:

• Excellent email writing /drafting skills.
• Decent communication skills.
• Should have 1 year of experience in email support.
