Job Purpose:
Successfully conversion of the students for Education Loan from sanctioning to disbursement. All these services which you provide will lead to inbound sales.
Responsibilities:
• Handling the online leads, Partners lead and associates lead which are punched under CRM for their loan cases to be processed, sanctioned and disbursed.
• Maximum time of yours should be utilized for the conversion of logins to sanctions & disbursements.
• Your inbound sales start the moment an enquiry is generated, and login has been done by the team till the student successfully gets the loan sanctioned and disbursed.
• Back Office operation of Education Loan department like replying to emails on regular basis to student for pendency and even to banks officials.
• Follow-up with banks for the students whose files are under process with banks once login has been done by the team.
• Follow-up with students whose files are under process with banks for any pendency if asked by the Credit Manager or Bank executive for processing the loan file.
• Follow-up with banks, whether the loan has been sanctioned and PF has been paid by the student for the respective bank.
• Follow-up with banks for the students to confirm whether the student has signed and done with loan agreement process and disbursement has been initiated.
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language
• Compassionate and Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking
• Result-oriented
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
