- Ensure timely updates of products, prices, and promotions.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the online customer experience.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for key e-commerce metrics.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
- Present reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data organization and analysis.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for process optimization.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel tasks.
- Undertake store and market visits based on business needs.
- Gather insights to improve the online customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant e-commerce, website management, or MIS experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
