This role involves close collaboration with Asset Owners and Managers to maintain accurate and complete asset information within the ITAM system (ServiceNow CMDB). Leveraging ServiceNow development skills, the analyst will design and implement automated workflows and notifications to streamline processes and minimize manual effort. Accurate ITAM data is critical for the Cybersecurity department in mitigating risks. The analyst will also provide data entry support, CMDB maintenance, and training to business partners, ensuring proficiency in using the ServiceNow ITAM application.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESxc2xb7 Maintain and update asset and discovery data within the ITAM system, directly supporting cybersecurity risk mitigation efforts.xc2xb7 Manage and enhance ITAM dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.xc2xb7 Develop and implement ServiceNow-based solutions to automate tasks and improve efficiency.xc2xb7 Ensure data governance and compliance with established ITAM policies and procedures.xc2xb7 Provide training and coaching to business partners on ServiceNow ITAM functionality.xc2xb7 Support asset owners with data entry, analysis, and reporting.xc2xb7 Support audit control processes and procedures.xc2xb7 Maintain up-to-date documentation, processes, and control standards.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM (CSA certification preferred).
• 1+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with internal technical teams (data analysts, QA, etc.) to ensure accurate CMDB and dashboard data.
• Ability to research and find technical solutions through collaboration and online resources.
• Proven ability to generate innovative solutions and leverage continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of hardware and software asset management principles and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT asset lifecycle.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the ITAM team.
• Proactive participation in training opportunities to stay current on ServiceNow ITAM features and industry best practices.
