Your work profile As a Senior Manager in our BPS Tax team, you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Take ownership of client engagements in respect of their Finance, Accounts and Payroll outsourcing needs, deliver SLAs and KPIs and develop sound business relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead deployment of latest technology solutions relevant to the BPS services and pursue continuous innovation to bring efficiencies in the operations and service offerings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake business development initiatives by meeting and presenting service offerings to potential clients). \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Client acquisition/ Team management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure three-way link between Partner, other professionals, and clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively mentor team members to maximize their contribution to achieve required outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in creating eminence in the market. Desired qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 CA / MBA / ICWA(CMA) with \xe2\x80\xa2 7-10 years of working experience in a Financial Accounting role in a large organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Technical knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient with technology relevant to the BPS Services \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills & conceptual clarity \xe2\x80\xa2 Eye for details & innovation thinking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Time and cost management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing & leading team \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and presentation skills Location and way of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Base location: Mumbai/ Gurgaon/Kolkata/ Bangalore/ Coimbatore. \xe2\x80\xa2 This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hybrid is our default way of working.
