Channel appropriate content on the optimal social media platform to maximize reach and engagement.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality, engaging content for all social media channels. Experience across a diverse set of industries is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in media, marketing, communications, or related field; an advanced degree in management or business administration is desirable.\xc2\xb7 A portfolio of successful campaigns across various channels and demonstrated success in developing and implementing creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.\xc2\xb7 Experience in building, managing, and coaching a global team of social media strategists. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - with the ability to inspire and motivate your team members and positively influence your peer group.\xc2\xb7 A deep understanding of social media platforms and proficiency in campaign & content management tools, reporting and analytics (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.\xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and execute and deliver against defined KPIs and tight deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Excellent abilities in business storytelling and impeccable written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of design software, as well as a keen understanding of the latest creative trends to bring ideas to life, is an added advantage.
