The position serves for Onboarding , Offboarding, Workday assistance , approvals and validations and query resolution to R1 employees across locations. The incumbent is expected to maintain high levels of business acumen for the business line supported its culture, competition, and financial and operational objectives.As a people manager incumbent is expected to improve engagement within team.The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR Operations delivery on assigned R1 site and assist the leadership on strategies related to improvement in hire to retire process via team of Managers /AMs and Specialists. The incumbent will help recommend the best and effective HRO practices around Workday , hire to retire to maintain positive working relationships.The incumbent is also expected to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness, build capability and talent of workforce and team, and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metrics.The role also requires strong partnerships across HR & non HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and creating integrated solutionsKey duties & responsibilitiesExperience in Workday is mandatory (including administrative, UAT experience)Min. 10-12 years of HR experience (preferably in HR Operations)Min. 5 years of people management experience & should have worked with large cross functional teams and strong stakeholder management.Automation knowledge and experience is preferred.Ability to prioritize, execute programs and transactions in a fast paced environment.Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skillsMust have excellent project management and change leadership skills with functional depth.Strong Coaching and Influencing skills.Should be able to deal effectively in ambiguous situation.Must recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems, along with strong consulting, business acumen, follow-up and analytical skills are essential.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Supervise various administrative & specialized HR Operations tasks on Workday from hire to retireEnsure functional support to payroll with arrears, lettersWork cohesively with business leaders / line managers to close all pending tasksSupervise physical & virtual Onboarding by team by getting onboarding tasks completed by new hiresEscalate workday related approvals pending with HR / Non-HR functionsPerformance management of direct reports - set goals, coaching feedbackMIS and decipher meaningful information to assist management decision makingEnsure adherence to SOP by direct reports, vendors, employees & manage escalation.Increase Workday adoption & improve Workday functionalities for HRO use by collaborating with Workday specialistGather requirements in Workday by facilitating design sessions, configuration, UAT , rollout.Present HR Operations overview in New Hire Orientation sessionIdentify process challenges in hire to retire cycle and create solutionsRegular governance with supplier and key stakeholders in HROversee employee queries/complaints resolution & ensure higher CSAT.Qualification:Education - Preferably MBA in HR or Masters/Bachelors in any streamIndustry - Preferably Health care, ICT.Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
