Job Title: Associate Director - Talent Attraction and Sourcing LeadCareer Level - FIntroduction to role:
Are you ready to take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategy? Reporting to the Senior Director for Attraction, Sourcing & Assessment, the Regional Attraction and Sourcing Lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of Senior Talent Researchers and Employer Branding/Recruitment marketing specialists. This role is integral to meeting our overall business goals and ensuring global standards, processes, systems, technology, and innovations are adopted and fully embedded within our aligned Region and geographies.Accountabilities:
As the Associate Director - Talent Attraction and Sourcing Lead, you will develop regional talent strategies, lead a team of researchers and employer brand specialists, utilize data analytics to assess sourcing strategies, promote diversity and inclusion in hiring efforts, ensure compliance with legal and company-specific standards, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will also lead global Attraction & Sourcing initiatives, collaborate with other Regional Attraction and Sourcing Leads to ensure consistency, and actively engage with relevant CoEs to ensure consistency and adoption of global standards and initiatives.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Deep knowledge/expertise in Talent Acquisition/Attraction and Employer Branding and/or Sourcing
- Excellent knowledge of digital and social platforms for recruiting/branding
- Experience in direct search methodologies (i.e LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools
- Experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a direct team as well as matrix team and working globally
- Strong communicator and influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in using data to drive decision making
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (Business language: English)
- Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery
- Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing and presenting data
- Tenacity and resilience
- Delivery focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers
- Team Player \xe2\x80\x93 Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team
- Pharma industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Capability of building credibility with candidates at all levels
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of attracting and sourcing candidates internationally within/for a large global matrix organisation
- Multilingual would be advantageous to support a global marketplace
- Research/Mapping experience gained within an executive search environment/function is highly desirable.
- Strong Project and change management experience
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience within a similar fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience of research/mapping for executive level recruitment.
