What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing... You will be leading a team of recruiters and leaders to find great talent with the experience and potential to make a difference for our customers and drive the business forward. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies that support the business and demonstrate our belief that people are our most important asset. You will lead a team that will bring in the next group of talented, driven individuals that make Verizon a great place to work. This role supports the hiring for Verizon India.

• Reviewing business strategies and plans with business leaders to identify current and future talent requirements and trends.
• Creating and implementing recruiting strategies to support the business.
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
• Partnering with business leaders to manage expectations and anticipate recruitment challenges and opportunities.
• Measuring the on-going effectiveness of recruitment strategies, tracking and sharing metrics with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring team compliance with process and standards.

Where you\'ll be working...

In this hybrid role, you\'ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. Work location will be Chennai or Hyderabad.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Recruitment experience.
• Experience leading a team of recruiters and recruiting leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
• Four or more years of experience with the full cycle recruitment process.
• Experience within a Global Capability Center organization.
• Experience leading cross functional projects.
• Strong effective consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.
• Experience implementing recruiting marketing tactics and leveraging talent intelligence for influencing business decisions.
