About the role

The Associate Director Strategy & performance will be responsible to:
  • Develop and monitor the site?s strategy; Develop and drive the organization dashboard/score card consistently across different functions & identify the improvement opportunities.
  • Drive the governance of the site by mapping the business processes, the respective owners, measuring & monitoring and consistently delivering insights to drive improvements
  • Create and maintain reports to measure performance of the site including but not limited to site?s productivity
  • Program manage the site critical initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the business units to understand their functions and deliver strategic and operational imperatives
  • Solve the ad-hoc requirement of the management team related to organizational information and business planning
  • Provide robust methodology to analyse and forecast business requirements; Monitoring, maintaining, and managing the site?s headcount to ensure strategic alignment
  • Handle vendor performance for the site to enable decision making & negotiations for key collaborators, and drive a better 360-degree feedback mechanism with the vendor community
  • Drive the due diligence and support the transition of new business AZ teams looking to set up in site and support until BAU
  • Manage the site?s Business continuity plans in association with the BCP site in Mexico excluding IT-DR
Role and responsibilities
  • Ability to understand various functions, collect information through survey developments, and conduct analysis (basic, cross-pollination, advanced) ? to derive fundamental insights on the organisation across functions
  • Build the management dashboard, drive data analysis, objectives, and policies for consistently and effectively providing insights for effective decision making and enabling solutions that cut across the organization
  • Build, monitor and deliver productivity metrics for the site by working closely with the lean team and functional collaborators
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication, collaboration, coordination and integration across multiple functions, collaborators, objectives, and priorities.
  • Ensure on-time, on-target data analysis, data quality and relevant ongoing maintenance, refinements and other updates to systems and tools (if required). Create and design appropriate measures, evaluate metrics and outputs and report on business performance and trends so that leadership (functional and enabling) can understand business performance against key indicators, risks and actions to mitigate risks
  • Provide support to the Strategy & performance team and other teams within the organization in data collation, data cleansing, analysis and reporting; Support performance related communications with leadership team to ensure full awareness of performance standards
  • To manage vendor performance across the site and provide timely reporting to the respective collaborators to enable decision making
  • Conduct workshops across the organisation to garner collaborator agreement, drive innovation and elevate business planning capabilities across the leadership team
  • Functional leadership and wider IT team to ensure full awareness of performance standards, and identify and initiate improvement actions to reinforce a continuous improvement culture
  • To demonstrate lean ways of working to ensure that all projects are completed in the most efficient manner; identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities to drive efficiency consistently across the team
  • Project & transition management skills to implement site wide initiatives and influence without power
  • Ability to manage a team of 4+ with varied skills and ability to deliver best results out of them
  • Being a flag bearer of the company?s ethics and values to ensure that it is driven to the last employee in the team
  • Ensures that Business Continuity plans for all service lines are formulated, updated and tested regularly. Also ensures effective leadership of all global Business
  • Continuity measures in case of real life outages to any of the offshore (Chennai/BLR) or hub locations that effect IT & service delivery.
Candidate Background and Experience
  • Prior management consulting/IT client services/consulting experience to show ability to work across various functions, create models and provide strategic inputs and most importantly run workshops to get collaborator agreement
  • Strong Quantitative and Data Visualization skills. Good powerpoint skills and ability to make executive presentations
  • Good knowledge of understanding of tools that are required to check / adjust / creativity
  • Dedicated, able to be complete the task given with limited supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior resources
  • Ability to work with senior resources global & local to gather requirements and deliver results
  • Strong focus on high quality deliverables, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong program management and collaborator management skills
  • Good understanding of deploying OKRs/KPIs metrics for enhanced business performance and utilising benchmarking for effective target setting.
  • Should have good experience working in a global team with collaborators across different geographies

Required Software skills: PPT/XLS/SPSS/POWER BI
