  • Shape CSR strategies, design programs, facilitate implementation, and assess project impact.
  • Work with foundations and donor agencies to bring stakeholders together to address social issues on a large scale.
  • Provide comprehensive project management solutions in healthcare, education, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), and women\'s empowerment.
  • Collaborate with companies like Godrej, HSBC, Arvind, MasterCard, S&P Global, Hindustan Unilever, RBL, IKEA India, Pernod Ricard India Foundation, and HDFC Capital.
  • Responsible for acquiring new large partnerships by creating and executing a sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain a healthy and growing funnel of potential opportunities.
  • Manage the funnel to ensure effective progression of opportunities across the sales cycle and achieve an acceptable close rate.
  • Contribute to delivering 50%+ revenue growth year-on-year while proportionately increasing margin.

  • Presentation Skills:

  • Restate main concepts and gain client agreement on actionable next steps toward closing the mandate.

  • Proven track record of new business acquisition with 15+ years of experience in sales practices, tactics, and developing value propositions with partners.
  • Passionate about business growth with a demonstrated ability to persevere through obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set and effectively communicate expectations.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and find effective solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, employing a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Initiative-taker who confidently takes on new responsibilities and manages multiple projects.
  • Stellar planning skills, capable of prioritizing amidst conflicting priorities, and adept at scoping out tasks and projects.
  • Inspirational leader who can motivate and energize teams and clients.
  • Strong experience working with senior leaders, with the ability to generate and communicate unique value propositions.
