Regional Sourcing lead : Myntra Fashion BrandsRoles and Responsibilities * This is a team lead position for Apparels and lifestyle products and will need relevant vendor management experience of 12 years and above

• The incumbent will be responsible for total vendor performance . vendor training and regular review on vendor ratings and business reviews with central sourcing teams
• This position entails providing to management and sourcing teams

(a) clarity on supply chain KPIS ( b) Product placement & pricing support * Person should be having good capability to understand the application of information technology including MS Excel, PowerPoint, be able to quickly formulate dashboards and guide vendors and teams to do so on a regular basis

• Would be able to proactively support multiple teams within myntra on all order placement guardrails / merchandising activities leading to product and order placements at competitive cost.

• Identify new vendors and provide clear vendor entry / exit scenario basis product categories and business numbers for forthcoming season / year

• Should understand the manufacturing process of fabrics ,finishes , garment construction and fit. Have knowledge of international + domestic apparel sourcing costs, quality, product safety and vendor management tools and process.

• Must have a good rational approach, problem solving and be capable of understanding the working process quickly .

• Possess sound communication and negotiation skills to influence key stakeholders within and outside the organization, Ability to implement new development projects, gain stakeholder support & collaborate .

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of proven work experience in apparel & lifestyle product development , costing and sourcing for wovens , knits garments with knowledge of garment clusters
• Understanding of textile fabrics and apparel segments and have goods understanding of fabric , color , yarn and raw material relevant to knits and wovens fabrics
• Familiar with apparel sourcing terms , vendor management and negotiation tools
• Ability to handle numbers , budgets and gather market intelligence from source base.
• Clear understanding of account reconciliation coordination work with finance teams
• Needs to have relevant professional degree & certifications from established institutions
