:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 12We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our QA organization. The ideal candidate will help engineer a front end for our Python automation framework, making it easier for the organization to leverage the open-source framework we have today. Additionally, this role will involve leading efforts on other application development for utilities like contract testing and integration between our systems.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Front End Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end solutions that provide intuitive and efficient interfaces for our Python automation framework. Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular is highly desirable.\xc2\xb7 Back End Development: Develop and integrate back-end services using Python technologies, frameworks, and libraries to support the front-end applications and ensure seamless interaction with the automation framework.\xc2\xb7 Framework Integration: Work on integrating the front-end applications with the existing Python automation framework, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.\xc2\xb7 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and meet business requirements.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.\xc2\xb7 DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing to ensure high-quality software releases.\xc2\xb7 Stay Updated: Continuously stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies related to full-stack development, Python, React, Angular, and DevOps practices.What We're Looking For\xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack Java development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with React, as well as proficiency in Spring framework, is highly desirable.\xc2\xb7 Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot etc.).\xc2\xb7 Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, configuration management, and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins).\xc2\xb7 Proficient in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and designing efficient data models.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience in deploying applications in a cloud environment.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide solutions.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects within deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a good to have.About S&P Global Ratings
