The Salesforce practice is currently on a steep growth trajectory across all dimensions of the business: revenue, pipeline, headcount, certifications, projects. We are now looking for a young, dynamic leader who can help further accelerate the growth for our India operations in North. The candidate will be actively involved in various facets of growing a profitable Salesforce business as outlined below. Growing the Business: - Primary responsibility for the role holder will be to grow our Salesforce business by acquiring new customers and mining existing customer for additional business. The role is directly, independently responsible for sales and business development activity to generate leads. In the opportunity cycle, the role holder will interact closely with senior client stakeholders to understand the requirements for salesforce solution and craft a compelling value proposition to win the business. This role will have a team of Salesforce technology experts to help in crafting the customer propositions. A significant part of this responsibility is to present and articulate KPMG\'s approach and solution, handle deep functional & technical queries and objections from clients and ultimately win the business. Delivering the business: - A critical facet of this role is to successfully deliver Salesforce projects for customers. Leading a team of Salesforce practitioners, the Salesforce practice leader is expected to provide oversight to client engagements and ensuring health of the engagement. The role also entails coaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts the best development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meets the business needs. Building the Practice: - Another critical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing and grooming talent. This role will be directly responsible for forecasting demand for talent, shortlisting, assessing and hiring the best candidates. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in crafting as well as managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained and proficient on the latest technologies of salesforce and adjacent solutions. Driving Innovation and IP. An important component of our GTM will be the innovative solutions and accelerators that we offer to our customers. Hence another KRA for this role is to help in conceptualizing and building new innovative solution accelerators and IP\'s that can provide a differentiated proposition to our clients. We are looking to build vertical solutions as well as horizontal function specific accelerators. Building Self: - This role will also provide the candidates a strong platform to build their own personal brand in this space.
