Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Development and Management:- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with brokers, insurers, and TPAs to drive sales growth.- Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and values.- Develop strategies to maximize partner potential and jointly create sales plans and initiatives.Team Leadership & Management:- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3 sales professionals dedicated to indirect sales through partnerships.- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets.- Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the partner ecosystem.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.- Work with partners to design joint go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.- Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and provide support to optimize their sales activities.Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, providing them with the resources, support, and guidance they need to succeed.- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals and strategic priorities.- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive engagement and success with partners.Market & Competitor Analysis:- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that could impact the business.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve partner strategies and market positioning.- Collect and analyze feedback from partners to improve products, services, and go-to-market strategies.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
