Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Global Product Owner to lead our Next Best Action (NBA) Program, which is currently deployed in over 35 markets worldwide. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and future evolution of our NBA operations, working closely with our all-star team in India and leveraging finely tuned processes to drive continuous improvement. NBA provides field teams with data driven tactical recommendations that help improve task prioritization and drive more valued HCP interactions. Complementary to NBA, the role will focus on the broader pre-call experience of field teams using AI to summarize available environmental insights into an assessable and actionable narrative.Next Best Action & Pre-Call Insights is part of the field experience product portfolio, which will focus on bringing together data and technology capabilities to allow for the organization to become data- driven and insight-led in every decision to drive revenue and growth. This Associate Director role play a key role within the broader field experience team focusing on AI/ML assisted pre-call activities whilst collaborating with other product teams to enhance the end-to-end experience of field teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the global NBA & Pre-Call Insights product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the Pre-Call program meets diverse regional needs
• Work closely with the development team in India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
• Oversee the maintenance of current NBA operations while driving innovation and evolution of the broader Pre-Call experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NBA / Pre-Call Insights -related queries and issues from global markets
• Analyze program performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and GSK policies across all markets
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver best in industry features whilst driving deep adoption amongst field teams
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical sales and marketing space

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
• Total 15+ years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• In-depth knowledge of IQVIA and Veeva platforms, specifically related to NBA technologies
• Strong understanding of how sales representatives utilize NBA in their daily activities
• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural communication
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred

Desired Skills:

• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in pharmaceutical sales
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in multiple pharmaceutical markets
• Experience with pharmaceutical sales
