Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects or programs, ensuring successful completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Technical Managers, Scrum Masters, Website Developers, and QA team members to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
• Client Relations: Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement delivery strategies, plans, and methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery excellence.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.
• Mentoring: Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Technology Integration: Lead initiatives with digital teams to introduce breakthrough technology solutions into operations, particularly focusing on RPA and AI-based solutions.
