Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Senior Sale Manager focusing on Rooms in larger operation or 1 year experience as Associate Director of Sales catering to Room sales. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
