As an Associate Director, Martech Consulting, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, guiding them in implementing and optimizing Martech solutions tailored to their unique needs.Working closely with the Head of Martech Consulting, your role will involve a combination of strategic consultancy, technical expertise, and project management skills. Master's degree preferred.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (10+ years) in Martech consulting, digital marketing, or related roles.\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Martech platforms and tools such as CDP systems( Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data etc.), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., Webengage, Netcore, Moengage, Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), etc.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.\xc2\xb7 Certification in relevant Martech platforms/tools is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Adtech platforms - Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs (Dv360, TTD, Adobe, Xandr, Amazon), DMPs (Salesforce), Adservers (DCM, Sizmek), BAV platforms (IAS, DoubleVerify, Channel Factory) is a plus\xc2\xb7 Proactive and results-oriented\xc2\xb7 A positive, can-do attitude with a thirst to continually learn new things\xc2\xb7 An ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of teams
