Job Title: Associate Director - Integration Value RealizationCareer Level - FIntroduction to Role:Join our dynamic IT team at AstraZeneca as an Associate Director - Integration Value Realization. In this role, you will be a part of the Integration & API Management (I&APIM) team, responsible for the build and delivery of enterprise integration services to support all AstraZeneca business domains. We are seeking an experienced Integration Value Realisation Lead, who will play a key role in driving the value realization of integration initiatives within our organization. This is your chance to be empowered to lead and take on more ownership, working in a self-starter environment where you\'re trusted to explore new solutions and innovate.Accountabilities:As an Integration Value Realisation Lead, you will oversee the implementation, optimization, and measurement of integration projects to ensure they align with strategic business objectives and deliver tangible benefits. You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop project charters, timelines, and resource plans, engage with stakeholders, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead the development of a value realization framework for integration activities. You will also drive a culture of continuous improvement and manage potential risks related to integration projects.Essential Skills/Experience:Degree or relevant business qualificationStrong experience from integration design, development, lifecycle management, and universal API managementHands-on experience of using Enterprise integration and API platforms such as API (MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS/Azure APIs, etc.), ETL/ELT (SnapLogic, Talend, Informatica, etc.), PubSub/Queue (Cloud AMQP, SQS, SNS, etc.), streaming (Kafka, etc.), data and warehouse (Snowflake, SAP, etc.)Proven experience in project management, preferably in integration or technology-related projectsStrong understanding of integration technologies, architectures, and best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive value realization and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentHaving previously lead activities in the context of an integration centre of excellence or enablementProven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving value realization from complex integration activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSubstantial experience in agile ways of workingExperience of managing third party suppliersAgile development methodologiesDemonstrable experience of working across a variety of stakeholders and geographies to successful outcomeExperience of building high value business cases & mobilising high value investmentsEvidence of leading and developing innovative solutionsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
