Job Title: Associate Director - Integration and API ManagementCareer Level - FIntroduction to role:Join us at AstraZeneca in the role of Associate Director - Enablement Capability Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Integration and API Management. You will be part of our IT team, working in the Integration & API Management (I&APIM) domain, responsible for the build and delivery of enterprise integration services to support all AstraZeneca business domains. Our main objective is to deliver self-service enabling capabilities for reusable integration products & services to the enterprise. This is an outstanding opportunity to work inclusively in a complementary team to motivate change and make a real difference.Accountabilities:In this role, you will use your extensive experience, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical industry knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of APIs, API management, integration solutions, technologies, and different architectural design patterns to build and deliver an end-user focused enablement service. You will be responsible for building strong strategic relationships with sophisticated customer groups and senior collaborators, translating demand/ideas into features for development, leading business impact assessments, and driving adoption through communication and evangelization.Essential Skills/Experience:

• Degree or relevant business qualification
• Good experience from integration design, development, lifecycle management, and universal API management
• Experience in and knowledge of bio-pharma industry
• Hands-on experience of using Enterprise integration and API platforms such as API (MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS/Azure APIs, etc.), ETL/ELT (SnapLogic, Talend, Informatica, etc.), PubSub/Queue (Cloud AMQP, SQS, SNS, etc.), streaming (Kafka, etc.), data and warehouse (Snowflake, SAP, etc.)
• Having previously lead activities in the context of an integration centre of excellence or enablement
• Evidence of leading and developing innovative solutions
• A proven track record of delivering results
• Substantial experience in agile ways of working
• Experience of managing third party suppliers
• Agile development methodologies
• Demonstrable experience of working across a variety of stakeholders and geographies to successful outcome
• Experience of building high value business cases & mobilising high value investments
• Evidence of leading and developing innovative solutions
• Product Ownership experience
