This role requires strong networking capabilities and expertise in real estate investment, particularly in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining client relationships and have a proven track record in B2B sales or financial services.Key Responsibilities :- Revenue Goals : Contribute to primary transaction revenue goals as an individual contributor.- Client Relations : Source, establish, and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and institutional investors.- Transaction Management : Achieve revenue targets in assigned projects and take responsibility for strategic client transactions.- Market Analysis : Conduct market benchmarking and surveys to understand micro markets and infrastructure development.- Marketing : Develop marketing collaterals, fact sheets, and deal books; process primary and secondary information.- Client Engagement : Map client requirements to opportunities, ensuring monetization for the organization\'s benefit.- Networking : Engage through meetings, calls, virtual meetings, and site inspections; participate in industry seminars and conferences.- Transaction Closure : Originate, manage, and close investment brokerage transactions.Must Have :- Experience in B2B sales or real estate within the MMR and Pune regions.- Background in consulting, financial services, or banking with existing client relationships is advantageous.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Experience in commercial real estate, particularly industrial and logistics, is beneficial.Key Skills :- Client acquisition from self-generated and third-party leads.- Understanding and addressing client needs effectively.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proactive attitude and ability to engage at all stages of the transaction process.Additional Information :- Skill Set : Financial Acumen, Private Equity, Business Consulting, B2B Sales, Real Estate- Qualification : Any Graduate (ref:updazz.com)
