Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Operations Leadership: -Lead and oversee the staffing HR function, including internal recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies, to meet the evolving needs of clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. -Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends, driving growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for the organization. -Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development to enhance team capabilities and performance. 2.Client Relationship Management: -Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients HR SPOCs, understanding their HR requirements for deployed employees, business goals, and workforce needs to deliver tailored staffing solutions and exceed client expectations. -Collaborate with clients HR SPOCs to develop strategies for effective staffing support. -Operational Excellence and Compliance: -Establish and maintain standardized staffing HR processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in service delivery while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. -Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to monitor compliance with internal policies, client contracts, and industry regulations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Stay abreast of changes in employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, providing guidance and training to staff to ensure compliance and mitigate risks related to staffing operations. 3.Employee Relations and Performance Management: -Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. -Facilitate constructive communication and collaboration between employees and management, promoting a culture of open dialogue, feedback, and transparency. -Lead the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. -Promote collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among staff, encouraging creativity, innovation, and problem-solving to overcome staffing challenges and deliver exceptional results for clients. - Set clear performance expectations and goals for staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback and recognition to drive individual and team success. 4.Strategic HR Planning and Stakeholder Engagement: -Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization\\\'s goals and objectives, driving business results and sustainable growth. -Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to understand their HR needs and priorities and provide strategic guidance and support. -Represent the HR department in meetings, presentations, and discussions with key stakeholders, advocating for HR initiatives and promoting a culture of collaboration and alignment. -Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and thought leaders, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor and preferred staffing partner.
