Job Description

: Purpose of the role Drive financial growth by engaging with Global Corporate Functions and providing financial leadership through business stewardship, support and challenge. Individual Accountabilities

• Provide financial insight and analysis in support of corporate functions and their respective strategies and objectives
• Partner with corporate functions / EC members to prioritise financial resources (capital and operating) for deployment and support investment decisions via business case development and ad-hoc project based financial analysis
• Develop annual operating budget in coordination with the annual planning process in order to align to established financial targets
• Support the achievement of operating budget targets and proactively highlight areas of risk and opportunity with recommendations to address, including tracking spend trends and run-rates throughout the year
• Support large-scale reviews of organisational structure and the associated cost implications
• Support close collaboration and mentoring of Decision support CoE teams based in India
