We identified External Manufacturing area as a one of our TOP priorities and see a huge potential of Technology transformation here. This role will be an ultimate driver of a technology transformation of ESO and therefore critical for success of overall business going forward.Major accountabilities:Associate director leads two key areas primarily focusing on a Project management and cross functional alignment:1. Technology Workstream lead of a key strategic initiative in External Manufacturing area xe2x80x93 ESO Transformationa. Implementation of EDI via collaboration platforms (e.g., Ariba Commerce Automation)b. Implementation of Ariba SCC incl. required processes/system adjustment based on results of item2. Lead the definition and delivery of the ESO Technology projects and service portfolio.a. Focused initiatives that must be performed in a parallel with a main program (ESO Transformation) in the analytics spaceb. Aligning ESO technology with ERP (SAP ECC) teamApart of 2 key areas above Associate director will be:1. Responsible to manage the vendors necessary to successfully utilizing the products throughout their lifecycles2. Manages the solutions related budget for ESO (project and operations)3. Ensure 1st class experience for the associates in the team by creating an inclusive, inspired environment and upskilling and developing people.4. Promote a Digital & IT cultural change program which promotes speed, agility, customer focus, strong business engagement and business impact-oriented thinking in IT5. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisionsKey performance indicators:1. Successful delivery and operations of standardized IT solutions for ESO that are well aligned to the business strategy and global technology Strategy2. KPls which are relevant for customer satisfaction are clearly defined, constantly measured, and met3. Meeting yearly budget target for technology projects and operationsMinimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor's or masterxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:Essential requirements:

8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in an IT environment
5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in working in IT Project Management
  • Advanced experience in a cross-functional collaboration and managing Projects/ Teams with no direct reports
  • Understanding of Suppliers collaboration processes in (Planning, Logistics, Quality, Procurement)
Desirable requirements:Understanding of Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, and Ariba Network functionalityExperience with Ariba Supply Chain CollaborationWorking experience within the pharmaceutical industry (best in multi-national with global experience)Languages :
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
