How you\'ll spend your day Associate Director Projects & Capital Mgmt. is accountable for leading complex capital project related to engineering and design activities in alignment with business objectives and Site Project Delivery This role is responsible for governance & setting up of the capital expenditure & project management systems and being responsible for ensuring robust & efficient CapEx planning, budgeting, execution and management of the capital projects within the aligned schedule & cost This role is to ensure timely delivery for the assigned project within the defined projects cost Before starting the project design phase:Define the project requirements to accomplish the project targets and lead the project planning that results in the project approval. Define the project scope, goals and milestone deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with cross functional teams , local & regional stakeholders & internal customers . Build and describe the Business Opportunities in the investment project charter and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project. Ensure available standards and best practices, as well as understanding of current engineering work processes as part of the project planning During project design phase: Execute the basic and detailed design of the projects based on Teva Guidelines & Standard, local regulations, the defined user requirements specifications ensuring safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability. Ensure safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant. Support the design team/Global engineering team to accomplish the basic and detailed design, and liaising with stakeholders. Lead the broader Site project team and collaborate with stakeholders to the required design freeze/signoff. Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders to ensure the project implemented in accordance with the defined timing, cost & quality. Manage the required interactions outside of Teva Network ie with external business partners, consultants & contractors During the whole project life: Be the project team leader, meaning integrating, motivating, providing feedback, coaching, developing, managing and evaluating team members and being their support and liaison with the leadership team , steering committee and all the project\'s stakeholders. Formulate and implement a clear strategy for project delivery through all stages Your experience and qualifications B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/E&I /Mechanical Engineering.
