Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of IT Asset Management, and End User Services.

Manage engagements in partnership with IT End User Services for peers and leaders to provide exceptional outcomes.

Understand peer and organizational needs and define resource and competencies to meet their requirements.

Research and evaluate potential solutions to determine suitability for the organization\'s needs

Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies and integrate within team learning and strategic direction of functions.

Provide guidance and support to the team on complex issues

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and regulations.

Communicate risks to leadership teams across a diverse technical community.

Manage relationships and development of the team

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendor

Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach

People Management:

Lead by example and demonstrate our core values

Mentor the team by regularly counseling, coaching, and appraising desired job results

Manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and fast track projects

Manage talent and high-performance culture within the team

Create positive environment and an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Designation - End User Compute / Desktop Engineer / Desktop Infrastructure

Overall Experience is 14 Yrs and handling a team of 10 people.

Proven experience with track record of delivery and project management in large complex business and technical projects of strategic significance, end to end execution, with internal and external stakeholder management

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure competencies (i.e. Cloud, DevOps, End User Compute)

Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Cloud+, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect preferred

Expertise in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Intune, Mac, Application packing and other related technologies

Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, VDI, Azure VDI, AWS workspaces or Hyper-V \xe2\x80\x93 Lead infrastructure, IT support, Asset management, Desktop Engineer.

Solid experience in DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible

Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable Cloud infrastructure

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.

Experience in managing an engineering function and associated technical resources for mid enterprises.

Ability to research and evaluate potential solutions to determine risk remediation for the organization\'s needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

General knowledge in IT Service Management and ITIL preferred

Ability to make decisions that impact own work and other groups/teams and works under minimal supervision.

Demonstrates openness to learning and developing. Takes a responsibility for their own and team\xe2\x80\x99s development and growth

Preferred - Strong understanding of Cloud computing technologies and services such as AWS, Azure/MS O365, and Google Cloud Platform

Demonstrates an understanding of factors driving team performance and how they contribute to the team\'s overall success

Excellent English Oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver clear and articulate presentations
