We are looking for an Associate Director\xe2\x80\x93 Employee Success (HR) with the below expertise and experience. The person in this position needs to

• Serve as a strategic business partner to leaders to drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand their team\xe2\x80\x99s needs for growth and career enhancement.
• Conduct meetings and connect with employees to understand the gaps and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage and resolve employee conflicts, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
• Advise and coach managers/leaders on effective employee management and development.
• Work with managers to identify performance gaps and develop training plans for improvement.
• Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.
• Have thorough understanding of Comp & Ben models.
• Identify training needs and work with HR and business leaders to develop and implement learning and development programs.
• Maintain and update employee data on a regular basis.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain a legally compliant and ethical work environment.
• Conduct employee engagement activities online and offline to improve morale and productivity.
• Conduct exit interviews and Performance Improvement Plans for employees who need help to grow in the organization.
• Devise Rewards and Recognition models for employee motivation.
• Have a keen eye for details to provide timely payroll inputs to the stakeholders.
• Work on and implement employee retention strategies.

Qualification we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and oral
• Very good Excel skills
• Minimum experience of 15+ years in the HR domain
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Team Handling
• Proven experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
