We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Base Location : Mumbai / BangaloreTurner & Townsend are engaged to support our client with many complex projects, and we are seeking the ideal Program Management Office (PMO) Director / AD for our global banking client construction projects across India.The dedicated Country Lead is accountable for the delivery of project and programme level services in accordance with the Master/Local Service Agreement (MSA /LSA) Scope of Services.The role is a dedicated seconded SPOC within country reporting to the
Corporate Services (CS) Head responsible ( and working in partnership with the country WCM lead) for all project and program management services within the country.The role acts as the interface between the CS /WCM Country Lead and MDP project delivery teams and provides professional project management, strategy and technical consultancy advice to CS. The role is the point of contact for the businesses within the country and is responsible for the identification, development and regular updating of the 5-year capital program for the country.This role profile is to be read alongside the MSA Schedule 5 and current Project and Programme level Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\'s).The expectation is that the resource will work autonomously within country but aligned closely with the regional / sub-regional team to ensure that the program is delivered at industry level of professionalism and that risks associated with the country projects (in that
particular market) are management accordingly.KPIs and objectives for the resource will be aligned with the CS Head/WCM lead annual objectives.Qualifications

• Experienced Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and programme management professional = 10+ years / international experience/working with MNCs.
• With a deep expertise in area of specialism and a leading technical Subject Matter Expert, is accountable for the project delivery program being appropriately managed and services delivered in line with CS strategy balancing performance, cost and risk mitigation. Understanding data and its use will be key.
• Strong level of business awareness, contractual/financial / budget management expertise and team management.
• Strong understanding of Project Governance and Corporate Reporting standards.
• Proven track record of delivering Corporate Real Estate projects.
• Proven ability to manage a large range of stakeholders, external consultants and senior management.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience and knowledge in non-assigned working environments.
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, dynamic often non-standard environment. Able to work autonomously.
• Project Management, cost management or other appropriate \'Built asset\' technical qualifications.
